Food Truck Alley
Why choose when you don’t have to? Food Truck Alley is a great place to grab a bite, a different one every day. This group of trucks has a huge variety of tastes on tap. There’s everything from authentic Mexican food to Californian twists, to bbq favorites. We’re just lucky to have one of the best collections of trucks right here in our own Midland backyard. There are usually around 20 trucks to choose from, so you’ll be able to satisfy almost any craving.
el dollar #2 taqueria
This truck offers a basic menu, but everything tastes great. You can get all the staples – tortas, burritos, quesadillas, mulitas, and sopes with your favorite protein: steak, pastor, chicken, barbecue, or carnitas. They also offer pollo and carne asada. el dollar #2 taqueria is proof you don’t need fancy new versions of the classics if you make them taste great.
Marty G’s Cajun Eats
The same sentiment applies to another favorite: Marty G’s Cajun Eats. Marty G’s serves up classic cajun entrees and sides with healthy portions and friendly faces. They offer delicious versions of the basics: gumbo, etouffee, and jambalaya. You can also grab a burger or hot dog with cajun seasoning along with big sides like the boudin egg roll or smothered chili cheese fries. They’re big enough to be a meal on their own!
Zombie Wings
While we don’t endorse zombie apocalypses, Zombie Wings are something else entirely. This truck offers a wide variety of wing flavors with tasty fries and onion rings to back them up. We recommend sampling them all, as you’ll definitely find a few favorites, depending on your tastes. Their spicy/sweet combos of mango habanero, honey chipotle, and pineapple spicy are some of our favorites.
