Our Favorite Midland Pizza Places

Everyone has their favorite pizza, and here in Midland, it’s no different. At Rogers Ford, we have our local favorites that always provide a great slice. While we firmly believe in that wise saying, there’s no bad pizza, why not start with the best stuff? Here are a few of our favorite places to get pizza around Midland.

Luigi’s Italian Restaurant

As the name suggests, you’re in for more than Pizza at Luigi’s Italian Restaurant. A Midland institution since 1958, Luigi’s still serves up some of the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. You can build your own pie from a long list of toppings, from the classics like pepperoni to the more exotic, like sauerkraut. The crust is not too thin, not too thick and you can get extra cheese, and our favorite, extra sauce. Order up some cheese bread or cheese sticks for that classic pizza party experience.

MD Pizza Factory

The MD in MD Pizza Factory is why they proudly proclaim they are Midland’s local pizza shop. They’ve been serving up Sicilian dough pizza since 2004. The pizza menu includes a variety of delicious flavor combinations like the spicy El Jefe or the veggie-heavy Austinite. Pair a pie up with MD’s famous breadsticks and you’ve got a great lunch or dinner experience.

Torino’s Pizza Bar

This is our pick for pizza with a more laid-back atmosphere. Torino’s Pizza Bar has a great selection of pies and traditional bar fare. The menu combos include the comfy like Supreme and the creative like the Taco Pizza or the Bacon Mac Pizza. We like to pair them up with the mozzarella sticks and finish up the delicious Dessert Pizza. That combination of sweet cream sauce, chocolate, toffee, and cinnamon probably isn’t good for us, but we don’t care.

Ledgens Pizza

Ledgens Pizza has some talent behind it, and it shows in a great-tasting slice of pizza. Their crust is the product of a hundred-year-old secret recipe. We don’t know what’s in it, it’s just scrumptious. Ledgens lets the pizza do the talking. There are no fancy names on the menu, just a list of toppings, after that it’s up to you. You can’t go wrong with any combo you choose. Well, maybe pineapple and anchovies.
